About us

Who are we?

Pams-People’s business has been established some 30 years and was bought by Pamela Rea, the face of Pams-People, 14 years ago. She prides herself on having expanded and modernised the agency whilst maintaining the high standard and professional profile.

We are an equal opportunities employer who supply both mature and younger personnel, male and female, and are able to service all main Exhibition Centres countrywide, including Scotland.

Our relationship with many of our clients spans over many years, placing numerous staff for many organisers and exhibitors.

We have provided interpreters, cashiers, accounts/office staff, information and press office staff, bar staff, waiters and waitresses, hostesses, lounge and stand staff. These included multi-lingual personnel ranging anything from Turkish to Russian speakers. We also run cash offices for public shows and support staff/cashiers for The Ticket Factory.

We have actively recruited many more staff to specifically expand our database whilst retaining the established personnel whose help and knowledge of the industry have been invaluable.

Why are we different?

Pams-People genuinely values its clients, this is backed by our extraordinarily high client retention.

Pams-People personnel have stood the test of time – the people you book today will still be around tomorrow!

Pams-People's growth and success is evidenced by the hundreds of temporary personnel supplied and managed each year on many trade and public events.

We believe that in order to become an extension of our clients needs, we firstly need to have an integral understanding of the culture and ethos of that company. We go to great lengths to ensure we meet our clients expectations with:

  • Quality staff
  • Effective matching
  • Proactive response to temporary bookings
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Anticipation of client needs
  • Comprehensive recruitment expertise
  • We have insurance cover for public and employers' liability including employers' liability for overseas exhibitors
